Broomfield is a beautiful hilltop village situated in the Quantock hills.
Broomfield is an attractive location situated on top of the Quantock Hills in Somerset. Broomfield is a parish of isolated farms and lonely cottages scattered over more than 4 000 acres. Over the last 100 years the village has declined in size. In the census for 1861 its population was recorded at over 500 but now only about 90 people live in the entire parish. St. Mary's Church provides a central focal point for the village and only a few cottages and farmhouses houses remain.
